A digital help centre across both web and mobile for Humm. The aim of this project was The help centre to reduce the amount of calls and small queries coming through the customer service line and divert them to the help centre which could help solve their issues. I worked on this project from conception to completion alongside the customer service team and product developers. The help centre landing page captures the aesthetic of the brand,  while maintaining an informative look and feel.
